LE Lavoir Ltd has allotted 2,28,000 fully paid-up equity shares to three non-promoter allottees — Mr. Ashok Dilipkumar Jain, Mrs. Kajal Ashok Jain and Ms. Viha Ashok Jain — upon conversion of an equal number of convertible warrants. The shares were issued at Rs. 264.75 each (face value Rs. 10, premium Rs. 254.75), and the company received Rs. 4.53 crore as the balance 75% warrant exercise price. As a result, the paid-up equity capital has risen from Rs. 3.24 crore (32.40 lakh shares) to Rs. 3.47 crore (34.68 lakh shares). This conversion is part of a larger pool of 15.81 lakh warrants issued in October 2025, of which 6.50 lakh warrants still remain outstanding for future conversion.
This is a minor dilution of about 7% for existing shareholders. Ashok Dilipkumar Jain's stake has notably doubled from 3.44% to 6.32%, signalling confidence from a non-promoter group willing to pay a steep premium. Existing investors should watch for further warrant conversions in coming quarters, which could add more supply.
