LE Lavoir Ltd has reduced the size of its preferential issue of convertible warrants from 37,50,000 to 18,84,000 warrants at Rs. 264.75 each (Rs. 10 face value plus Rs. 254.75 premium). As a result, the total issue amount has been cut nearly in half, from about Rs. 99.28 crore to Rs. 49.88 crore. All allottees belong to the Non-Promoter category, with the largest single allocation going to Ashok Dilipkumar Jain (4,88,700 warrants worth Rs. 12.94 crore). The original approval was given by the Board on 30th November 2024 and by shareholders at an EGM on 27th December 2024, with the revised size approved at the Board meeting on 27th September 2025.
The company will raise roughly half the originally planned capital, which means less dilution for existing shareholders but also less fresh funding for growth. The pricing at a steep premium (Rs. 254.75 over Rs. 10 face value) reflects strong valuation expectations from incoming investors.
