Le Merite Exports reported results for the half year ended Sept 30, 2025. Standalone revenue fell to Rs 21,261 lakh from Rs 26,245 lakh YoY, down about 19%. Despite lower sales, PAT jumped to Rs 854.6 lakh from Rs 276.4 lakh, up about 209%, helped by lower purchase costs and improved margins. EPS rose to Rs 3.52 from Rs 1.18. Consolidated PAT grew to Rs 851.6 lakh from Rs 297.2 lakh. Operating cashflow turned positive at Rs 1,462 lakh against negative last year.
Higher profits on lower revenue show stronger margins, but shrinking top line is a concern. Positive operating cashflow is encouraging.
