Le Merite Exports reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 9,821 lakhs (down from Rs 11,046 in Q1). H1 revenue fell about 20% to Rs 20,868 lakhs vs Rs 26,237 last year. However, H1 PAT surged over 4 times to Rs 871 lakhs from Rs 206 lakhs, with Q2 PAT at Rs 441 lakhs (vs Rs 161 YoY). PBT margin expanded sharply. Results resubmitted under Ind AS as paid-up capital crossed Rs 25 crore after warrant conversions.
Sharp profit growth on margin expansion despite weaker revenue; Ind AS adoption may affect comparability with prior filings.
