On the reaction day the stock moved 4.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated revenue for the September quarter rose 18.2% to ₹2,111.89 million and profit after tax rose 62.0% to ₹178.04 million. H1 revenue grew 18.6%; profit after tax rose 42.0% to ₹425.37 million. A ₹68.49 million borrowing prepayment charge was exceptional. The August IPO raised ₹4,800 million; ₹3,596.10 million repaid borrowings. Cash from operations was ₹3,139.79 million. No review concerns; prior-year comparatives were not reviewed.
Profit growth and lower debt may support the stock, but new IPO shares diluted existing holders and a one-off charge reduced profit.
