India Ratings upgraded the bank loan ratings of LEAP's wholly owned subsidiary TARON. The long-term rating moved to IND A+ from IND A with a Stable outlook, while the short-term rating rose to IND A1+ from IND A1, covering INR2,000 million of facilities. The upgrade followed improved group finances after the August 2026 IPO raised INR4,800 million, including INR3,600 million used for debt repayment.
Positive: the upgrade signals stronger finances and may support better borrowing terms for LEAP and TARON. Direct impact on the share price is likely limited.
