Leela Palaces Hotels reported Q2 FY27 results. Operating revenue rose 33% YoY to Rs 4,119 million, operating EBITDA grew 36% to Rs 1,877 million with margin expanding 118 bps to 46%, and PAT rose 27% to Rs 946 million. RevPAR grew 30% to Rs 17,225, led by a 30% rise in ADR supported by strong domestic luxury demand and events like the BRICS Summit in Delhi. Net debt improved to 1.4x LTM EBITDA from 1.6x in March 2026. Pipeline of 1,038 keys across 10 properties is progressing well.
Strong industry-leading quarter across revenue, margins and profits. Deleveraging continues with comfortable balance sheet headroom for expansion. Positive for shareholders.
