Lehar Footwears Limited's Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (5% on face value of Rs. 10) for FY ended March 31, 2025, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. The company posted strong FY25 results, with revenue from operations rising to Rs. 277.21 crore (from Rs. 194.26 crore in FY24, up ~43%) and net profit growing to Rs. 10.87 crore (from Rs. 6.56 crore, up ~66%). Q4 FY25 was particularly strong, with revenue of Rs. 109.45 crore and net profit of Rs. 5.04 crore versus Rs. 38.06 crore and Rs. 1.22 crore respectively in Q4 FY24. EPS for FY25 stood at Rs. 6.15 versus Rs. 4.02 in the previous year. The Board also approved audited financial results, appointment of a new Secretarial Auditor, and re-appointment of the Internal Auditor.
The dividend is modest at Rs. 0.50 per share and unlikely to materially impact stock price on its own, but the sharp jump in both revenue and profit in FY25 — especially the Q4 surge — is a positive signal for shareholders and could support valuation.
