Lemon Tree Hotels reported Q3 FY26 results. Standalone revenue rose to Rs.12462 lakh from Rs.10421 lakh YoY, but PAT fell to Rs.2316 lakh from Rs.6618 lakh due to Rs.1878 lakh one-time charges (new Labour Code impact, ex-gratia payout, property tax settlement, restructuring costs). Consolidated 9M PAT grew about 27% YoY to Rs.17187 lakh on revenue of Rs.102810 lakh. Board also approved a Composite Scheme of Arrangement separating hotel ownership and management businesses.
One-time exceptional items weighed on Q3 standalone earnings. Strong consol 9M PAT growth. Proposed demerger may reshape the business.
