Shareholders will vote on November 14, 2026 on issuing 70,00,000 convertible warrants to nine public investors outside the promoter group at Rs 60 each, raising up to Rs 42 crore. Each warrant can convert into one Rs 10 share within 18 months. Investors must pay 25 percent, Rs 10.5 crore, on allotment and the balance on conversion. Remote voting runs November 11 to 13.
Approval may raise Rs 42 crore, but warrant conversion can dilute holders by adding 70 lakh shares. Unexercised warrants lapse after 18 months.
