Yash Trading & Finance's board met on 14 Nov 2025 and cleared its unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY26. On a standalone basis the company reported almost no revenue (₹0 from operations) and a small loss of about ₹3.80 lakh for the quarter, taking the H1 loss to ₹10 lakh. On a consolidated basis, however, revenue jumped to ₹265.89 lakh in Q2 (vs zero a year ago) with a profit of ₹56.94 lakh, pulled in mainly by its subsidiary Farfusion Renewables Pvt Ltd which is into trading/inventory activity. The standalone balance sheet shows equity share capital of ₹1,000 lakh but other equity turned negative, while consolidated total assets stood at about ₹356.72 lakh. Auditor Bhatter & Company issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report on both sets of numbers.
The core standalone business continues to bleed with virtually no operating revenue, but the consolidated picture has turned profitable on the back of a new subsidiary — investors should watch whether the subsidiary's revenue is sustainable. Tiny absolute numbers, very low share price base and minimal liquidity mean the stock can be highly volatile on any news flow.
