LGB posted Q1 FY27 results with consolidated revenue at Rs 798.76 crore, up 21.6 percent YoY, and standalone revenue at Rs 707.12 crore, up 19.4 percent. Standalone net profit was Rs 65.86 crore, marginally lower YoY. The board approved a 51:49 JV with Singapore based Singatac Engineering for subsea components, a wholly owned subsidiary in Vietnam for auto parts with up to Rs 10 crore investment, and a Rs 120 crore joint development with Brigade Enterprises for a residential project on its Mysore land.
Strong revenue growth and expansion moves into subsea and Vietnam auto parts could lift future earnings; Mysore land JV unlocks real estate value.
