LGB Forge Limited has reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) unaudited standalone results. Revenue from operations rose about 22.7% year-on-year to Rs 2,764.21 lakhs, up from Rs 2,253 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Total income for the quarter stood at Rs 2,846.41 lakhs versus Rs 2,260.65 lakhs a year ago. The company posted a profit after tax of Rs 88.11 lakhs for the quarter, compared with Rs 48.42 lakhs in Q1 FY25 and a loss of Rs 40.23 lakhs in Q4 FY25. Basic EPS was Rs 0.04 (not annualised). No exceptional items were recorded this quarter. Statutory auditors N.R. Doraiswami & Co issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on the results.
A clear return to profitability on the back of strong ~23% revenue growth is a positive signal for shareholders, indicating improving demand for the company's forged and machined components. However, the company remains a small-cap, single-segment player, so the scale of earnings is still modest.
