Libas Consumer Products Board re-approved a Rights Issue of equity shares of face value Rs 10 each to raise up to Rs 14.50 crore. The Board first cleared this on June 2, 2026 but could not file the draft offer letter with NSE within SEBI's 23-working-day deadline, so it reconvened on September 9, 2026 to re-approve the same plan. Eligible equity shareholders as on a record date to be notified later can subscribe pro-rata. Pricing and other terms will be in the Letter of Offer. Brickwork Ratings was appointed as Monitoring Agency.
Existing shareholders get the chance to subscribe pro-rata. Pricing and dilution details will come later in the Letter of Offer.
