Linc Limited reported flat revenue from operations at Rs 53,207.47 lakhs for FY 2025-26, essentially unchanged from Rs 53,147.72 lakhs in the prior year. Profit after tax declined by 5.3% to Rs 3,660.86 lakhs from Rs 3,866.13 lakhs, driven by higher raw material costs and increased finance costs. EPS fell to Rs 6.15 from Rs 6.50. The Board recommended a dividend of 30% (Rs 1.50 per share), consistent with the prior year. The company also appointed two Executive-Business Development staff (Devanshi Jalan and Vridhi Aakash Jalan) at Rs 7 lakhs each. Statutory auditors Singhi & Co. gave an unmodified (clean) opinion. Operating cash flow declined significantly to Rs 3,332.69 lakhs from Rs 5,692.96 lakhs, primarily due to higher working capital usage and increased capital expenditure. A GST demand of Rs 353.39 lakhs (plus penalty and interest) remains contested via appeal.
Flat revenue and declining PAT signal operational headwinds despite stable topline. The sharp drop in operating cash flow and rising capital work-in-progress (Rs 3,392 lakhs vs Rs 1,485 lakhs) indicate heavy investment phase. The clean audit opinion is reassuring. Dividend maintained at prior year level shows management's intent, but near-term stock performance may be muted given the earnings contraction.
