Linc Limited reported audited results for FY26 ending March 2026. Standalone revenue was flat at Rs. 53,207.47 lakhs (vs Rs. 53,147.72 lakhs in FY25), while consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 53,530.96 lakhs (vs Rs. 48,185.10 lakhs) due to new subsidiaries acquired in July and November 2025. However, profitability declined with standalone PAT falling 5.3% to Rs. 3,660.86 lakhs and consolidated PAT (owners) declining 3.7% to Rs. 3,274.22 lakhs. The Board recommended dividend of 30% (Rs. 1.50 per share), unchanged from previous year. Statutory auditors Singhi & Co. gave unmodified opinion. A GST demand of Rs. 353.39 lakhs (plus penalty and interest) remains contested as a contingent liability.
The stock shows flat revenue growth and declining profitability which may concern investors, though the dividend payout signals management confidence. Cash flow from operations remains healthy at Rs. 3,332.69 lakhs standalone.
