On the reaction day the stock moved 1.3 pts less than Nifty Midcap 150 and 1.0 pts less than its Industrial Gases peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Linde India has signed and executed the Conveyance Deed with Tata Steel Limited to acquire two 1800 TPD Air Separation Units (ASUs) at Tata Steel's Kalinganagar Phase II Expansion Project. The acquisition and transfer are now complete, and Linde India has begun supplying industrial gases to Tata Steel from this facility effective 30 September 2026.
Positive for shareholders; expands gas supply capacity and secures a long-term supply relationship with Tata Steel.
