Linde India posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 7,010 million, up 15.7% YoY. PAT rose 68% to Rs 1,916 million. Nine-month PAT grew 41% to Rs 4,657 million. Results include a Rs 900 million one-off reversal of liabilities. Auditor issued a qualified review citing SEBI proceedings on related party transactions and JV business allocation with Praxair. Mr Ajay Kumar Sah to take over as Interim CFO from Feb 16, 2026.
Strong Q3 profit growth, but qualified review and ongoing SEBI matter create uncertainty. CFO transition adds governance risk.
