LKP Securities has filed its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25, along with a clean (unmodified) audit opinion from MGB & Co. LLP. On a consolidated basis, total income rose to about Rs. 117.5 crore from Rs. 98.4 crore, up roughly 19% year-on-year, driven mainly by higher fees and commission income. Profit after tax jumped to about Rs. 13.2 crore from Rs. 9.5 crore, a ~39% increase, with basic EPS rising to Rs. 1.61 from Rs. 1.19. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.30 (15%) per equity share of Rs. 2 face value, subject to shareholder approval. It also approved the re-appointment of Managing Director Pratik M. Doshi for 3 years, re-appointment of statutory auditors, and a one-time investment of up to Rs. 20 crore in Bond Street Capital Pvt Ltd (possibly from related parties).
Strong earnings growth and a clean audit opinion are positive signals for shareholders, though the headline PAT boost partly reflects a one-time Rs. 4.23 crore gain on the sale of immovable property to a related party. The modest 15% final dividend and proposed Rs. 20 crore related-party investment are points to watch.
