LKP Securities Ltd has withdrawn and cancelled its proposed preferential issue of up to 47,62,000 equity shares that was originally approved by the Board on 25th July 2025. The shares were to be allotted to Late Mr. Mahendra Doshi (on behalf of Partnership Firm M/s L K Panday), who unfortunately passed away on 6th August 2025. In light of this, the company has also withdrawn the related postal ballot notice dated 25th July 2025 (which had a voting window from 26th July to 24th August 2025), as well as the application submitted to BSE for in-principle approval. No shares will be issued under this proposal.
The proposed equity issuance is called off, so there will be no dilution from this tranche. Shareholders should note this is a procedural withdrawal driven by the demise of the proposed allottee, not a strategic change, and existing shareholding remains unchanged.
