LKP Securities Q1 FY27: Standalone PAT fell 85% YoY to Rs 62.67 lakhs, revenue down 12% to Rs 2,425 lakhs. Consolidated PAT was Rs 145.75 lakhs vs Rs 440.42 lakhs. Standalone profit was hurt by a Rs 129.30 lakh loss on fair value changes, partly due to reclassification of Bond Street investment as the firm raised stake to 54.35 percent, making Bond Street Capital a subsidiary and creating a Rs 1,622 lakhs capital reserve. Board appointed Dara Kalyaniwala to Bond Streets board. Independent director Ganesh Malhotras tenure ended on August 2, 2026.
Sharp standalone profit decline raises concerns; subsidiary consolidation may lift future consolidated earnings but adds complexity.
