Lloyds Engineering posted audited Q2 and H1 FY26 results ended Sep 30, 2025. Standalone H1 revenue grew 20% YoY to Rs 418.40 Cr, PAT at Rs 50.80 Cr versus Rs 49.17 Cr. Q2 standalone revenue was Rs 243.95 Cr, PAT Rs 33.19 Cr versus Rs 27.95 Cr. Consolidated H1 revenue was Rs 533.67 Cr with PAT of Rs 84.38 Cr including share of associates. Order book stands at Rs 1,303.81 Cr standalone and Rs 1,580.99 Cr consolidated. Company raised about Rs 494 Cr via rights issue during the period. Auditor issued an unqualified opinion. Standalone operating cash flow was negative at Rs -359 Cr.
Strong revenue growth and robust order book support business momentum, but deeply negative operating cash flow and share dilution from the rights issue are concerns.
