Lloyds Enterprises reported its best-ever performance for FY25. Standalone revenue from operations rose 87% YoY to INR 593 cr, driven by expanded trading activity in steel and allied products like pellets. Consolidated total income grew 44% YoY to INR 983 cr, and total comprehensive income (including mark-to-market gains/losses on investments) grew 59% YoY. Subsidiary Lloyds Engineering Works (LEWL) recorded its highest-ever revenue and PAT with a 24.91% YoY profit growth and a strong order book of INR 1,315.38 cr. The company's other group holdings in Lloyds Metals and Lloyds Realty also delivered robust performance. The board declared a 10% dividend for FY25.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth across standalone and consolidated operations, along with healthy subsidiary performance, signals positive momentum. The 10% dividend declaration provides direct shareholder returns, and the robust outlook from group holdings may support sustained earnings growth.
