Lloyds Enterprises' board on Feb 9 approved Q3 FY26 results and a plan to issue Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rs 500 crores via private placement in one or more tranches, to be listed on BSE and NSE. Standalone Q3 net loss was Rs 4.68 crores on revenue of Rs 48.76 crores. However, 9-month standalone net profit jumped to Rs 246.64 crores from Rs 14.60 crores, helped by high other income. Consolidated Q3 net profit stood at Rs 37.93 crores on revenue of Rs 333.61 crores.
NCD plan may raise fresh debt for growth but increases leverage. Mixed quarterly picture, consolidated profits strong while standalone swung to a loss.
