Standalone revenue from operations fell 56 percent YoY to Rs 43.11 Cr, PAT down 89 percent to Rs 2.44 Cr. Consolidated revenue from operations rose 70 percent to Rs 563.03 Cr, but PAT fell 56 percent to Rs 109.98 Cr. Engineering segment drove growth at Rs 537 Cr revenue. Steel segment revenue dropped sharply to Rs 46.74 Cr from Rs 364 Cr. Auditor gave unqualified review report. Board also approved a preferential issue of 7.13 Cr equity shares at Rs 71.25 to fund 17.98 percent stake acquisition in Steel Infra Solutions.
Preferential issue may dilute existing shareholders short-term, but engineering growth and acquisition strengthen the business mix.
