On the reaction day the stock moved 9.6 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 9.0 pts more than its Industrial Minerals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q3 FY26 standalone revenue more than doubled to Rs 3,875 cr versus Rs 1,693 cr a year ago. Profit after tax jumped to Rs 888.55 cr from Rs 389.53 cr. Nine-month PAT climbed to Rs 2,128.67 cr. Board also cleared a Rs 252 cr skill hub subsidiary in Maharashtra, second slurry pipeline project, Singapore and South Africa acquisitions, and Konsari pellet plant capacity expansion from 4 to 5 MTPA each.
Strong revenue and profit growth signal expanding operations, though major capex and overseas buys may pressure near-term margins.
