On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty Midcap 150 and 0.4 pts more than its Industrial Minerals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Multiple promoter group entities of Lloyds Metals and Energy have created a Non-Disposal Undertaking (NDU) in favor of SBICAP Trustee Company, acting as security trustee for a Rupee Term Loan Facility availed by the company. The NDU covers shares held by promoters including Ravi Babulal Agarwal (2.12%), Crosslink Food and Farms (9.88% additional), Madhur Rajesh Gupta, Shreekrishna Mukesh Gupta, and several others. The filing clarifies this is not a pledge - ownership, voting rights and dividends remain with promoters, and shares continue to be held in their own demat accounts with only disposal restrictions during the loan tenure.
Promoters cannot sell these shares during the loan period but retain ownership and voting rights, signalling long-term commitment while raising debt for the company.
