Lodha Developers reported strong FY2026 consolidated results with revenue from operations growing 21% to ₹166,762 million from ₹137,795 million. Net profit rose 24% to ₹34,307 million from ₹27,666 million. Standalone revenue grew 9.3% to ₹145,417 million with net profit up 20.8% to ₹29,199 million. However, standalone operating margin compressed to 28.98% from 33.42% in FY2025. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹4.25 per equity share (42.5% on ₹10 face value), subject to shareholder approval at the 31st AGM. Auditors MSKA & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both consolidated and standalone financials. The company also announced appointments of two Independent Directors and designation of a senior executive.
Strong profit growth signals healthy execution, but margin compression on standalone basis raises concerns about profitability sustainability. Dividend payout is modest but signals confidence in cash generation.
