Lodha reported Q2 FY27 revenue of INR 44.7 billion, up 18%, and profit after tax of INR 10.1 billion, up 28%. First-half revenue rose 30% to INR 94.6 billion and profit rose 63% to INR 23.9 billion. Profit margin improved to 22.1% from 20.4%. Pre-sales were INR 50.4 billion; net debt was INR 52.8 billion, or 0.21 times equity. Management targets INR 85 billion profit by FY31 and a 10-fold rise in rental income by FY32.
Strong profit growth, wider margins and low leverage support optimism; execution on housing and data-centre launches remains the key risk.
