Revenue from operations fell 43% YoY to Rs 91.4 crore in Q2 FY26 (from Rs 160.4 crore). H1 revenue dropped to Rs 183.4 crore vs Rs 319.1 crore. Other income surged to Rs 17.8 crore from Rs 4.6 crore, partly offsetting. Company swung to a net loss of Rs 3.8 crore in Q2 versus a profit of Rs 1.4 crore last year. H1 loss was Rs 3.8 crore vs profit of Rs 4.4 crore. EPS turned negative at minus 2.96. Limited review done by Deloitte Haskins and Sells.
Sharp revenue decline and return to losses signal weak operational performance. Other income propped up bottomline, but sustainability is questionable.
