H1 FY27 revenue was ₹6,414 crore, up 22% (18% adjusted). EBITDA increased 17% to ₹721 crore and PAT rose 9% to ₹364 crore. Gross margin fell to 32.5% from 34.4% and EBITDA margin to 11.2% from 11.7%, due to shipment terms, Organic business changes and brand spending. Net cash was ₹247 crore; working-capital days improved to 143 from 174. LT Foods raised its Leev.nu stake to 70.75%. Management is targeting margin expansion.
Strong sales growth, net cash and better working capital support the outlook, but lower margins may weigh on near-term sentiment.
