Second-quarter FY27 revenue rose 17% to INR3,253 crore. Operating profit before depreciation, interest and tax rose 13% to INR358 crore, but its margin fell to 11% from 11.4% due to freight and brand spending. First-half revenue grew 22% to INR6,414 crore and profit after tax rose 9% to INR364 crore. Net cash: INR247 crore. Management targets that margin at 13-13.5% company-wide; organic operations are targeted at 10-11% in the next two years.
Growth and net cash are positives, but freight and advertising costs are holding margins down. Europe and organic execution may lift profitability.
