LTM Limited (formerly LTIMindtree) reported FY2026 consolidated revenue of Rs 423,076 million, up 11.3% from Rs 380,081 million in FY2025. Net profit after tax grew 8.3% to Rs 49,827 million from Rs 46,020 million. The company recorded an exceptional item of Rs 5,281 million due to the implementation of new Labour Codes (with a Rs 622 million reversal in Q4 upon reassessment). The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 53 per share. Statutory auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results. Key leadership changes include appointment of Mr. Vipul Chandra as Whole-time Director & CFO and re-appointment of Mr. James Abraham as Independent Director.
Solid FY26 performance with double-digit revenue growth and improved profitability. Clean audit with no going concern issues is positive. The exceptional labour code charge is a one-time item and does not affect underlying business performance. Dividend payout signals confidence.
