Ludlow Jute reported its Q2 FY26 results with revenue from operations rising to ₹13,515 lakhs from ₹11,303 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a year-on-year growth of about 19.6%. Profit after tax for the quarter jumped to ₹686 lakhs from ₹449 lakhs, a growth of roughly 53%, pushing EPS up to ₹6.35 from ₹4.17. For the half year ended September 2025, the company swung back to a profit of ₹1,135 lakhs compared with a loss of ₹1,057 lakhs in the same period last year. Total expenses rose to ₹12,644 lakhs in the quarter, while finance costs and depreciation were broadly stable. The statutory auditors (M/s JKVS & Co) issued an unmodified limited review report, and the Board approved the results at its meeting on 7 November 2025.
Strong quarterly show with sharp PAT growth and a clear swing to profitability in the first half signals improving operations, which is positive for shareholders. Investors should watch whether the topline momentum sustains beyond Q2.
