The Board of Ludlow Jute & Specialities approved unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 on 11 February 2026. Revenue from operations jumped sharply to ₹13,552 lakhs from ₹5,236 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a growth of around 159% year-on-year. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue rose to ₹38,370 lakhs compared with ₹20,611 lakhs in the prior-year period. The company swung back to profit, posting a quarterly PAT of ₹343 lakhs against a loss of ₹260 lakhs in Q3 FY25, and a 9M PAT of ₹1,478 lakhs versus a loss of ₹1,308 lakhs. EPS for the quarter stood at ₹3.18 versus a negative ₹2.41 a year earlier. The statutory auditors (M/s. JK V S & Co) issued an unmodified limited review report, and the company separately confirmed no modified opinion under SEBI Regulation 33(3)(d).
Strong YoY revenue rebound and a decisive turnaround from losses to profitability is a positive signal for shareholders, though investors should watch whether this scale of growth sustains and how input costs (notably raw materials at ₹9,316 lakhs in the quarter) trend going forward.
