Lux Industries posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 610.21 Cr, up 1.5% YoY from Rs 601.15 Cr. Net profit fell about 8% YoY to Rs 21.98 Cr from Rs 23.92 Cr. EPS stood at Rs 7.31 versus Rs 7.95 earlier. Total expenses rose to Rs 593.57 Cr. Consolidated revenue was Rs 603.99 Cr with net profit of Rs 23.10 Cr, nearly flat YoY. Board also approved re-appointment of 3 independent directors for a second 5-year term and appointed Astral Business Consulting LLP as internal auditor for Vertical C.
Marginal revenue growth with a profit dip suggests cost pressure in Q1. Stable board and clear demerger roadmap are positive for governance.
