Lyka Labs has disclosed a court order passed by the City Civil Court, Mumbai on 6th May 2025 in connection with a disputed financial claim against the company. Under this interim order, Lyka Labs has been directed to furnish security of Rs. 8.73 crore (Rs. 8,73,25,901.12) in the form of solvent surety or bank guarantee within two months. The company must also disclose all its movable and immovable assets and is temporarily barred from selling, transferring, or encumbering any of its properties until the underlying suit is finally decided. Lyka Labs has stated that the claim is disputed and it plans to appeal the order before a higher court. The company has said it does not currently foresee any material financial or operational impact.
