Lyka Labs Q3 FY26 ended December 2025. Standalone revenue from operations was about flat at Rs 30.73 crore; PAT swung to about Rs 26 lakh profit from Rs 3.63 crore loss YoY. Nine-month standalone PAT was Rs 6.92 crore vs Rs 2.53 crore loss. Consolidated revenue fell to Rs 30.73 crore from Rs 33.80 crore, and Q3 consolidated PAT turned to about Rs 15 lakh loss from Rs 2.70 crore profit. Auditors gave an unqualified opinion.
Standalone turnaround is positive, but consolidated revenue drop and return to loss raise concern over subsidiaries.
