Lypsa Gems & Jewellery reported its Q3 FY26 (quarter ended December 31, 2025) results, with revenue from operations at ₹463.90 lakhs, down from ₹716.76 lakhs in the previous quarter and ₹593.32 lakhs in Q3 FY25 — a year-on-year decline of roughly 22%. Despite the lower revenue, the company posted a profit after tax of ₹126.21 lakhs for the quarter, with EPS of ₹0.43, compared to a marginal ₹1.47 lakhs PAT in the year-ago quarter. For the nine months ended December 2025, total revenue rose to ₹1,205.70 lakhs (from ₹1,011.02 lakhs), and PAT surged to ₹138.44 lakhs from just ₹10.35 lakhs a year earlier, marking a strong recovery from the full-year FY25 loss of ₹1,517.47 lakhs. The statutory auditor (B.B. Gusani & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
The sharp jump in nine-month profitability signals a turnaround after last year's heavy loss, which is positive for shareholders, but the steep sequential and YoY revenue decline in Q3 suggests weakening top-line momentum. The negative other equity of ₹1,299 lakhs continues to be a structural weakness worth watching.
