Lypsa Gems & Jewellery reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹463.90 lakhs, down from ₹716.76 lakhs in the previous quarter and ₹593.32 lakhs in Q3 FY25 — a roughly 22% year-on-year decline. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue stood at ₹1,205.70 lakhs versus ₹1,011.02 lakhs in the prior-year period (around 19% growth). Profit after tax for Q3 was ₹126.21 lakhs and for the nine-month period was ₹138.44 lakhs, a sharp turnaround from the negative ₹1,517.47 lakhs loss reported for the full year ended March 2025. Earnings per share for nine months came in at ₹0.47 versus a loss of ₹5.15 for FY25. The statutory auditor (B.B. Gusani & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter flags.
The headline PAT turnaround from a multi-crore annual loss to a profit is positive, but the sharp sequential and YoY drop in quarterly revenue, combined with a negative other equity position of ₹(1,299.33) lakhs as of March 2025, signals that the company is still recovering from past losses. Shareholders should watch whether this quarterly profit is sustainable given the weakening top line.
