M Lakhamsi Q1 FY27: Revenue Down Sharply YoY, PAT Up

Standalone revenue fell to about 1,369 lakhs in Q1 FY27 from about 2,205 lakhs in Q1 FY26, a drop of around 38 percent. Consolidated revenue declined to about 1,579 lakhs from 2,206 lakhs. Despite weaker top line, consolidated net profit after tax rose to about 15.65 lakhs from 8.18 lakhs. Standalone EPS stood at 0.32 versus 0.22 in the year ago quarter. The auditor issued an unmodified limited review opinion on both sets of results.
Top line shrank sharply year on year even as bottom line strengthened. Watch for sustainability of margin gains and any revenue recovery in coming quarters.
