Board-approved unaudited results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2025 show standalone profit after tax up 54% to Rs 569.31 crore and consolidated profit up 44% to Rs 560.07 crore. Half-year total income rose 26% standalone and 23% consolidated. Operating cash outflow was Rs 45,556.20 crore, mainly from loan growth. Debt-to-equity ratio was 4.99. Auditors gave an unmodified review; prior EPS was restated for the rights issue.
Higher profit and a clean review support sentiment, but cash outflow and rising bad-loan exposure keep funding and asset-quality risks in focus.
