The Board of Directors of Mach Conferences & Events Limited (BSE SME: 544248) approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025 on November 7, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations fell sharply to ₹9,481.44 lakhs from ₹11,930.45 lakhs in H1 FY25, a decline of about 20.5% year-on-year. Profit after tax also slipped to ₹773.55 lakhs from ₹853.25 lakhs, with basic EPS of ₹3.68 versus ₹4.48 previously. On a consolidated basis (now including newly acquired subsidiary Travexel Events and Travel Pvt Ltd), PAT stood at ₹782.05 lakhs. Operating cash flow turned negative at ₹(507.41) lakhs standalone and ₹(671.42) lakhs consolidated, mainly due to a large increase in short-term loans and advances. The Board also appointed Mr. Deepak Pandey as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26.
The topline has contracted over 20% on a year-on-year basis, which is a significant negative for a small-cap, but profit margins and overall profitability held up reasonably well, suggesting cost discipline. Negative operating cash flow and the absence of a clean dividend announcement may temper near-term sentiment, though the new subsidiary adds some growth optionality.
