On the reaction day the stock moved 2.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.8 pts less than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved up to Rs. 49 crore of new shares for existing shareholders under a rights issue. Price and entitlement ratio are yet to be decided, with shareholder and regulatory approvals pending. It also approved unaudited September 2026 results. Consolidated half-year revenue was Rs. 221.72 crore, but profit after tax fell to Rs. 9.95 crore from Rs. 19.94 crore; earnings per share fell to Rs. 0.37 from Rs. 0.74.
The raise may ease funding pressure, but shareholders who do not subscribe may be diluted. Pricing and entitlement terms are not yet known.
