Quarter ended September 30, 2026: standalone revenue was Rs 9,893.79 lakh and profit after tax Rs 506.71 lakh, down 5.2% and 12.3% year on year. Consolidated revenue rose 24.8% to Rs 13,335.04 lakh, but profit fell 70.3% to Rs 369.59 lakh. Half-year consolidated revenue rose 14.1%, while profit fell 50.1% to Rs 994.50 lakh. Cash from operations was positive. Auditors highlighted that deferred tax will be provided at year end.
Consolidated sales growth did not lift profit, and standalone earnings also fell. Near-term sentiment may stay weak despite positive cash flow.
