On the reaction day the stock moved 13.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 14.5 pts more than its Granites & Marbles peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Madhav Marbles Q3 FY26 standalone net sales fell to Rs 660.25 lakh from Rs 685.09 lakh YoY. Standalone Q3 swung to a pre-tax loss of Rs 15.34 lakh versus a profit of Rs 75.42 lakh. Consolidated 9-month pre-tax loss widened sharply to Rs 174.47 lakh from Rs 42.63 lakh. Board approved hiking subsidiary Madhav Ashok Ventures capital from Rs 3.60 Cr to Rs 5 Cr, and authorised sale of two wind power generators in Tamil Nadu.
Weak Q3 with revenue dip and deepening losses may pressure the stock. Asset sale and subsidiary capital infusion point to ongoing restructuring.
