Madhya Bharat Agro Products Limited reported a strong set of numbers for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025), with revenue from operations more than doubling to Rs 61,238.94 lakhs versus Rs 28,372.04 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a growth of about 116%. Profit after tax rose roughly 77% to Rs 3,175.90 lakhs from Rs 1,789.87 lakhs, lifting EPS to Rs 3.62 from Rs 2.04. For the nine-month period, revenue grew around 93% to Rs 1,47,226.58 lakhs and PAT more than doubled to Rs 9,042.52 lakhs, with EPS of Rs 10.32. The Board also approved a major capacity expansion at Dhule, Maharashtra, adding 3,30,000 TPY of DAP/NPK capacity along with 66,000 TPY Phosphoric Acid and 3,96,000 TPY Sulphuric Acid plants. Credit ratings stand reaffirmed at CRISIL A/Stable and ICRA A+(Stable). The statutory auditor's limited review report is clean with no qualifications.
Strong topline and bottomline growth signals robust demand and improved scale in the fertilizer business, which is positive for shareholders. The approved capacity expansion at Dhule points to future growth but also entails significant capex; investors should watch for execution and any increase in debt levels.
