Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Madras Fertilizers Q3 FY26 revenue fell 48% YoY to Rs 41,869 lakhs due to plant shutdowns. Complex Fertilizer plant was closed the entire quarter due to safety and manpower issues; Ammonia and Urea plants were shut 37 days. Nine-month PAT dropped 49% to Rs 5,953 lakhs. The company defaulted on GOI loan repayments and has requested waiver of interest and penalty. Subsidy recognition remains provisional. Note that Q1 results were reviewed by the previous auditor.
Sharp revenue fall from plant shutdowns, GOI loan defaults, and mid-year auditor change are negative signals for shareholders.
