CARE Ratings upgraded Mafatlal Industries' bank facility ratings to A-/Stable for long-term and A2+ for short-term, up from BBB+/Stable and A2. The upgrade reflects about 40 percent revenue CAGR over FY23-FY26 reaching Rs 3,871 crore, a net cash position with about Rs 130 crore in free cash, and a Rs 890 crore order book. Q1FY27 revenue was Rs 942 crore with 1.9 percent PBILDT margin.
Positive: stronger credit profile signals improved financial health, may lower future borrowing costs and reflects sustained business growth.
