Magadh Sugar and Energy reported a Q2 FY26 net loss of Rs 10.35 crore versus a profit of Rs 5.37 crore last year. Revenue was nearly flat at Rs 324.41 crore. H1 FY26 also swung to a loss of Rs 10.13 crore from a profit of Rs 16.79 crore, with revenue down about 3.8 percent YoY. Sugar and co-generation segments slipped into losses while distillery stayed profitable. The Board also appointed Mrs Shalini Nopany as Additional Non-Executive Director effective November 12, 2025.
Weak Q2 results may pressure the stock as sugar and co-generation turned loss-making, though distillery stayed profitable.
